In 1988 Johan van der Merwe did a course in underground mining and open cast mining. In 1991 he did a course in Mining and qualified on 13-06-1993, he then started working as a high speed developer to 18-09-1996. In 1996 he started as an open pit miner.

Work Experience

We have been working in the explosive industry since 1993. 2002 We moved to Bloemfontein and started our own business as blasting entrepreneurs. We are also in possession of a traders license for explosives and have magazines from which we sell explosives and transport them in registered explosive vehicles.

We specialize in: Mining, Railway cutting, Elevator shafts, Road cuttings, Trenches, Boulders, Swimming Pools, Reservoir Pits, Port hauls, Pre-Split, French Drains and Explosive demolition of concrete and steel structures.
